Educational Qualifications: B.E. /B.Tech. or M.E. / M.Tech. with First Class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech. or M.E. / M.Tech and Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 5 years relevant Experience is preferable. Ph.D. with Industrial Experience is also preferable.
Job Descripton: VTU is looking for a dynamic, energetic Director to head VTU-National Academy For Skill Development, Dandeli (NASD) Dandeli Duties: To work as a full time Director of NASD. Coordinate with VTU and manage daily operations. Monitor and administer Organization, making it sustainable. Coordinate with private and Government agencies for funding and placement. Term:
Initially Contract for 2 years. Extendable based on performance for next one year. Location: Dandeli, Uttar Kannada District, Karnataka Package: 10 - 12 Lacs per annum CTC Desirable Requirements: An energetic goal driven, who can work for 15 hrs a day. Should connect with vision/mission, and build from there. Mature, excellent people manager capable of building a talented young team and ideally grooming one of the young people to take over in 2 to 3 years’ time.
