Good academic record plus Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC Seven point Scale. AND Degree/Diploma in public relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with at least 3 years experience in the editorial department on pay roll of any established English/Hindi Newspaper/periodical. AND Having Good knowledge of computer AND Knowledge of (02) or more Indian Languages
